LIVING ROOM:

The front door enters into an attractive living room with Lakeland stone fireplace, with open fire, colour TV, video, 3 seater settee and two easy chairs,payphone, and old grandfather clock.

KITCHEN:

A bright and sunny, fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances you would expect, 4 ring electric hob, double oven, microwave,washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and iron.

BEDROOMS:

There are three bedrooms, all on the first floor one double with excellent views over the Little Langdale Valley, a twin and a single, all the bedrooms have pretty bedding and matching curtains. All the beds have douvets and either electric blanket or hot water bottle, all the beds will be made up on arrival.

BATHROOM:

Located on the ground floor, comprising bath with electric shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.

HEATING: Electric night storage heaters, and open fire make this cottage very cosy in the winter months, the electric is by meter reading.

BABY FACILITIES: A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request ( sorry no linen for the cot).

PETS: Well behaved pets are welcome.

LINEN : All bedlinen is provided, tea towels and dishcloths, towels can be provided at an extra charge £3 per person.

BIKES: There is a lockable shed at th rear for the storage of bikes.

PARKING: Is a few yards from the cottage.

Please note from January 2008 the cottage is now non smoking.
